Computer Age Management Services Limited — Board Meeting, 30-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

CAMS has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs. 354.15 crore, with profit after tax at Rs. 109.09 crore.

The board declared an interim dividend of Rs. 11 per equity share. August 8, 2025, is set as the record date, and dividends will be disbursed by August 29, 2025. Further, its wholly-owned subsidiary, CAMS KRA, will acquire the KYC Registration Agency business from NSE DATA & ANALYTICS via a slump sale, consolidating its market position.
