Nazara Technologies' subsidiary, Nazara Dubai, has increased its investment in Getstan Technologies (STAN). Nazara Dubai acquired 37,461 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares for USD 1 Million (approx. INR 8.66 Cr). This investment represents 1.54% of STAN's fully diluted share capital. Following this, Nazara Dubai's total shareholding in STAN, a gaming influencer platform, now stands at 14.57% on a fully diluted basis. This move deepens Nazara's strategic presence in the gaming content ecosystem.
