Suyog Telematics Limited — Results, 30-07-2025: Reply to Clarification- Financial results

SUYOG has released its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.

For the full year, revenue from operations grew to Rs. 192.57 Cr from Rs. 166.61 Cr last year. However, profit for the year dipped to Rs. 40.55 Cr compared to Rs. 63.31 Cr in the previous year. This profit decline was significantly impacted by a Rs. 27.50 Cr Employee Stock Option (ESOP) expense.

Q4 FY25 saw a revenue of Rs. 50.06 Cr, but the company reported a loss of Rs. 13.78 Cr for the quarter.

A key focus point is a large customer, which accounts for a substantial part of sales and receivables. While this customer's going concern status is a consideration, the company reports they have cleared all undisputed overdue amounts in March 2025 and continue to pay.

SUYOG expanded its footprint by acquiring Lotus Tele Infra Private Limited in March 2025, a strategic move to boost its telecom infra services in Northern India. The auditors noted points regarding internal control design and balances subject to confirmation, which the management is addressing.
