    Aster DM Healthcare Limited — Board Meeting, 30-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Aster DM Healthcare's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue stood at INR 1,077.87 Cr, with a profit of INR 85.52 Cr.

    A final dividend of INR 1 per equity share for FY24-25 was put forth, pending shareholder approval at the September 4, 2025 AGM. August 28 is the record date.

    Significantly, the company will acquire Block D assets of Aster Whitefield Hospital from its wholly-owned subsidiary for up to INR 80 Cr. This strategic move adds 159 beds, boosting operational capacity.
