Vedant Fashions Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 30-07-2025: Record Date

Vedant Fashions (MANYAVAR) has set August 28, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend for FY25. Shareholders registered by this date will be eligible for the payout. The dividend is subject to approval at the 23rd Annual General Meeting on September 4, 2025, with payment expected from September 5, 2025 onwards. Separately, the company allotted 3,830 new equity shares to employees under its stock option scheme.
