Aster DM Healthcare Limited — Board Meeting, 30-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Aster DM Healthcare's Board has approved Q1 FY26 financial results: Consolidated revenue from operations grew to ₹1,077.87 Cr (vs ₹1,001.87 Cr prior year), and profit from continuing operations rose to ₹93.56 Cr (vs ₹81.00 Cr). A final dividend of ₹1 per equity share for FY24-25 was proposed, subject to shareholder approval at the September 4, 2025 AGM. Record date for dividend: August 28, 2025. Additionally, the Board approved acquiring assets of Block D (159 beds) of Aster Whitefield Hospital from its wholly-owned subsidiary for up to ₹80 Cr in a strategic operational move.
