Sagility India Limited — Board Meeting, 30-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sagility India has announced a board meeting where it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue jumped 25.8% YoY to ₹1,538.9 Cr. Adjusted EBITDA increased 26.5% YoY to ₹368.7 Cr, maintaining a 24.0% margin. Adjusted PAT saw a strong 38.0% growth to ₹199.7 Cr. The integration of the BroadPath acquisition is progressing smoothly, strengthening Sagility’s US healthcare solutions. The company was recognized as a Leader by Avasant for its healthcare business process transformation services and named a 'Most Preferred Workplace'.
