Shanthi Gears Limited — Others, 30-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Shanthi Gears Limited held its 52nd Annual General Meeting, where members adopted the audited financial statements for the past financial year. A final dividend of Rs. 2/- per share was declared, which includes the Rs. 3/- interim dividend already paid. Shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Arun Venkatachalam as a Director and consented to alter the Company's Articles of Association.
