Gillette India has appointed Mr. Kapil Sharma as its new Category Head - Grooming, effective August 1. He takes over from Mr. Abhishek Desai, who has been promoted to a regional leadership position for Asia, Middle East, and Africa within P&G. Mr. Sharma brings significant global experience in digital commerce, brand strategy, and P&L management from his prior roles at P&G in the USA and across various regions, strengthening the company's leadership in a key segment.
