Gillette India has announced a change in its senior management. Mr. Kapil Sharma has been appointed as the new Category Head - Grooming, effective August 1. He takes over from Mr. Abhishek Desai, who is moving to a regional leadership role for Asia, Middle East and Africa based out of Dubai, departing from P&G India's leadership effective August 31. Mr. Sharma brings extensive experience in digital commerce, brand strategy, and global sales, having led digital transformation and P&L management across various regions for P&G since 2001. This move strengthens the grooming division's leadership.
