TVS Supply Chain Solutions' equity shareholders have overwhelmingly approved a Scheme of Amalgamation to merge Mahogany Logistics Services and four of its subsidiaries (TVS SCS Global Freight Solutions, White Data Systems India, SPC International (India), and FLEXOL Packaging (India)) into TVSSCS. The meeting, held as per NCLT directions, saw 33.14 crore votes cast in favor of the resolution, with only 2,289 votes against. This strategic amalgamation aims to streamline the company's structure by consolidating group entities, enhancing operational efficiency, and simplifying governance for all stakeholders.
