NMDC has announced its 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on August 29, 2025, at 11:30 AM (IST). Shareholders will attend via video conferencing. The company has set August 14, 2025, as the Record Date to determine eligibility for the final dividend. Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share for FY 2024-25 is proposed. The Annual Report will be sent electronically to registered email addresses.
