Paradeep Phosphates' promoter, Zuari Maroc Phosphates (ZMPPL), and its shareholders have entered into an agreement to ensure ZMPPL maintains over 50% shareholding and control of the company after a pending company scheme takes effect. Paradeep Phosphates is not a party to this agreement. This understanding also designates ZMPPL as the sole entity for any future acquisitions of Paradeep Phosphates' shares or voting rights by the promoter group. This arrangement solidifies the current ownership structure and ensures there will be no impact on the company's existing management or control.
