Share India Securities' board has greenlit raising up to Rs. 300 Crores via debt instruments like Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and Commercial Papers (CPs). Up to 30,000 NCDs, each with a face value of Rs. 1 Lakh, will be offered through private placement. These are intended for listing on BSE's Wholesale Debt Market. The company might offer an interest rate up to 11% p.a. The funds aim to strengthen the company's financial position and support its lending activities, secured by loan receivables. Final terms, including tenure up to 3 years, will be determined by the Finance Committee.
