Under the scheme, Mindpool shareholders will receive 1 S A Tech share for every 2 Mindpool shares they hold. This strategic amalgamation aims to unlock synergies, expand market reach, and optimize operations. Mindpool brings substantial value, contributing FY25 revenue of approximately Rs 26.82 crore and net worth of Rs 12.99 crore. The deal, which was supported by the Audit Committee, also involves the cancellation of 1.76 million cross-held shares, simplifying the corporate structure for enhanced shareholder value.
