Shareholders will vote on a major expansion of the company's business into sports, comprehensive content creation for traditional and new-age platforms, and related technology/infrastructure. To support future growth and funding, the Board proposes increasing authorized share capital from ₹31 Cr to ₹50 Cr. For the year, the company reported a standalone net profit of ₹0.29 Cr on revenue from operations of ₹0.33 Cr. A dividend of ₹0.05 per equity share is also on the table.
