Hindalco has announced its 66th Annual General Meeting on August 21 via video conference, with e-voting open from August 18-20. Manaksia also has announced its 41st AGM on September 23, conducting it virtually. In a significant move for physical shareholders, several companies including Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail, Lloyds Engineering, AXISCADES, Rishi Techtex, and Himadri Credit & Finance, opened a special six-month window (July 7 – January 6) for re-lodging previously rejected physical share transfers. These will now be issued only in dematerialized form. Separately, Foseco India reported the financial results for the quarter and half-year, showing a gross income of Rs 161.68 Cr and a net profit of Rs 21.53 Cr.
