Skipper Limited — Board Meeting, 31-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Skipper Ltd. has announced a board meeting where it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at ₹1,253.86 Cr, with a profit of ₹45.25 Cr.

The Board also decided to re-appoint Mr. Yash Pall Jain as Whole-Time Director for three years, pending shareholder approval. Strategic moves include establishing a new corporate office in Kolkata and incorporating wholly-owned subsidiaries or branch offices in UAE, USA, and Brazil to boost global sales of towers and poles.

Additionally, the company will hold its 44th AGM on September 23, 2025, with September 16, 2025, set as the record date for e-voting. A forfeiture notice was issued for unpaid call money on partly paid-up shares.
