The company stated that the conditions required for the transaction's completion are still being processed. As a result, KKL and the other parties involved have mutually agreed to extend the acquisition timeline. The new deadline for closing this acquisition is now set for August 31, 2025. This extension means the full consolidation of Kanchi Agro Product will be delayed.
