Chartered Logistics' Board has approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue of ₹19.07 Cr, a decrease from ₹22.08 Cr in the same quarter last year. However, net profit significantly increased to ₹2.02 Cr, up from ₹1.30 Cr previously. The Board also approved the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 27, 2025, with September 19, 2025, as the cut-off date for voting eligibility. Share transfer books will be closed from September 21-27 for the AGM. The company has also shifted its registered office to a new unit within the same building.
