PNB Housing Finance Limited — Board Meeting, 31-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

PNB Housing Finance has announced a board meeting where it accepted the resignation of its Managing Director and CEO, Mr. Girish Kousgi. He is stepping down to explore opportunities outside the company. His last day will be October 28, 2025, when he will also cease to be a director on the boards of subsidiaries PHFL Home Loans and Services Limited and PEHEL Foundation. The board expressed its sincere appreciation for his leadership and dedicated service during his tenure.
