Bharat Dynamics Limited has announced that shares with dividends remaining unpaid for seven consecutive years (from Final Dividend 2017-18 onwards) will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) account. The company has published a notice and sent individual communications to affected shareholders. Shareholders are urged to submit required documents to the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent by October 15, 2025, to claim their unclaimed dividends. Failure to do so will result in the automatic transfer of shares and dividends to the IEPF. Shareholders can later claim these from the IEPF authority.
