Pasupati Fincap Ltd — Updates, 31-07-2025: Company Update

Pasupati Fincap's Board has accepted the resignations of four directors. Mr. Anand Kumar Aggarwal and Ms. Payal Agarwal stepped down due to personal reasons. Mr. Vidit Jain (Executive Director) and Ms. Vrinda Jain (Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director) resigned effective July 28, following a promoter reclassification linked to a share purchase agreement and open offer completion. Consequently, the company has reconstituted its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship Committees to reflect the board changes. The Stakeholder Relationship Committee was also renamed from its previous designation.
