Nelcast Limited — Board Meeting, 31-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Nelcast Limited has announced that its board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a significant increase in consolidated revenue from operations, reaching ₹331.86 crore, up from ₹300.10 crore in the same quarter last year. Consolidated net profit surged to ₹12.44 crore, compared to ₹7.96 crore in Q1 FY25. This quarter’s profit did not include any one-off gains, unlike the previous year. Earnings per share also saw a healthy rise to ₹4.29.
