Krystal Integrated Services Limited — Board Meeting, 31-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Krystal Integrated Services' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹323.08 Cr, with a profit of ₹16.44 Cr. The board has also proposed a final dividend for FY25; the record date is September 2, 2025. The 24th Annual General Meeting is set for September 16, 2025.

In strategic moves, Krystal plans to incorporate four new wholly-owned subsidiaries in Power, Ports & Harbour, Waste Works, and Water Resources to explore new business avenues. The board also designated Ms. Mrunalini Salian as Senior Management Personnel (GM-HR) and accepted the resignation of Mr. Milind Jadhav (President-Group Business Development).
