Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Limited's Stakeholders' Relationship Committee has approved the allotment of 5,624 new equity shares. These shares were issued to employees exercising vested stock options under the ESOP Plan 2015. As a result, the company's issued and paid-up share capital increased from 3,90,80,763 shares with a nominal value of Rs 19.540 crore to 3,90,86,387 shares, with a nominal value of Rs 19.543 crore. This reflects employee participation and a slight expansion of the capital base.
