Deepak Nitrite (DNL) has infused ₹50 Crore into its subsidiary, Deepak Chem Tech Limited (DCTL), by subscribing to 50 lakh 9% Preference Shares. This capital infusion is set to strengthen DCTL's financial base and fund its ongoing project expenses. DCTL operates a state-of-the-art Fluorination plant since March 2024 and is actively pursuing various projects in Gujarat, signaling DNL's strategic focus on growth within the chemical sector.
