Fortis Healthcare's wholly-owned subsidiaries, International Hospital, Fortis Hospitals, and Fortis Hospotel, have secured NCLT approvals for their composite scheme of arrangement. This strategic move, effective April 1, 2023, is designed to simplify the company's intricate group structure, aiming for enhanced administrative, operational, and financial efficiency. These subsidiaries had a combined paid-up capital of approximately 981 Cr and a turnover of around 5,030 Cr as of March 31, 2025.
