The AGM will be held virtually on August 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. IST, allowing shareholders to participate via video conferencing. E-voting will be available from August 17 to August 20, 2025, and also during the AGM. Additionally, a special window is open until January 6, 2026, for shareholders to re-lodge previously rejected physical share transfer requests, aiming to simplify the process. Physical shareholders are also advised to update their KYC details.
