Mankind Pharma is consolidating its strengths by acquiring the Women Health Rx Portfolio branded generic business from its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bharat Serums and Vaccines. This internal slump sale aims to boost operational efficiency and synergy by integrating the prescription-driven generics, a key area for Mankind. While the final deal value will be set later, this business contributed ₹103.67 Cr to turnover in FY25, representing a strategic move to reinforce its core market.
