Great Eastern Shipping (GESHIP) has announced a board meeting. Key outcomes: The company approved its Q1 financial results, reporting a revenue of Rs. 1201.47 crore and a profit of Rs. 504.50 crore. Shareholders get an interim dividend of Rs. 7.20 per share for FY25-26, with the record date set for August 6. GESHIP will provide a term loan of up to Rs. 425 crore to its subsidiary, Greatship (India) Ltd., to prepay its USD 70.9 Mn foreign debt, aiming for significant group-level savings.
