Elixir Capital Limited has released its Annual Report for FY2024-25 and announced its 31st Annual General Meeting, to be held via video conferencing on August 26, 2025. Consolidated revenue for the year saw a slight increase to Rs. 36.20 crore, but net profit declined to Rs. 12.64 crore, attributed to challenging market conditions in the second half and startup costs for its new Fintech Division. The company has put forward a dividend of Rs. 1.25 per equity share. Shareholders will consider re-appointing Mr. Dipan Mehta and the statutory auditors. Additionally, Mrs. Manori Shah was appointed as a new Independent Director, and the authorized share capital increased from Rs. 6 crore to Rs. 8 crore to facilitate future employee stock options.
