JSW Energy has announced a board meeting where it approved its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported record Q1 FY26 EBITDA of 3,057 Cr (+93% YoY) and PAT of 743 Cr (+42% YoY). Operational capacity surged to 12.8 GW (+70% YoY), largely driven by the acquisition of 4.7 GW O2 Power and ramp-up of the Mahanadi plant, boosting net generation by 71% YoY to 13.5 BUs. The company is on track for 30 GW generation capacity by FY2030, supported by a US$675 million ECB.
