Sanofi India Limited — Board Meeting, 31-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sanofi India's board meeting approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from continuing operations stood at ₹406.3 Cr for the quarter and ₹942.2 Cr for the half-year. Profit after tax from continuing operations was ₹69.5 Cr for the quarter and ₹189.0 Cr for the half-year.

The company announced a strategic distribution agreement with Emcure Pharmaceuticals for its Oral Anti-diabetic products. Additionally, Ms. Renee Amonkar will retire as Whole-time Director. Mr. Mahadev Gawade, a pharma veteran with over 20 years of experience, is set to join as Whole-time Director and Goa Site Director, pending shareholder approval.
