Sanofi India's Board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended June 30, 2025. For continuing operations, revenue was ₹406.3 Cr for the quarter and ₹942.2 Cr for the half-year, with profit at ₹69.5 Cr and ₹189.0 Cr respectively. The company announced leadership changes: Ms. Renee Amonkar will retire as Whole-time Director and Site Director - Goa. Mr. Mahadev Gawade, with over 20 years in pharma logistics and manufacturing, has been appointed as her successor and Whole-time Director, joining the Risk Management Committee. Post-quarter, Sanofi India also partnered with Emcure Pharmaceuticals for its Oral Anti-diabetic business.
