Sanofi India Limited — Board Meeting, 31-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sanofi India's board has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended June 30, 2025. For the half-year, revenue from continuing operations stood at ₹942.2 Cr, with a profit of ₹189.0 Cr.

In board changes, Ms. Renee Amonkar, Whole-time Director & Goa Site Director, will retire on August 11. Mr. Mahadev Gawade, with over 20 years of pharma logistics and manufacturing experience, has been appointed as the new Whole-time Director and Site Director – Goa for three years, pending shareholder approval.

Strategically, the company announced a new promotion and distribution agreement with Emcure Pharmaceuticals for its Oral Anti-diabetic business products post-quarter end.
