Krystal Integrated Services Limited — Board Meeting, 31-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Krystal Integrated Services has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations reached **Rs 323.08 crore**, with consolidated profit after tax at **Rs 16.44 crore**.

The board set September 2, 2025, as the Record Date for the proposed final dividend for FY25. The 24th Annual General Meeting is slated for September 16, 2025.

Operationally, Ms. Mrunalini Salian was appointed as Senior Management Personnel, and Mr. Milind Jadhav resigned. Notably, Krystal is expanding its footprint by incorporating four new wholly-owned subsidiaries in Power, Ports & Harbours, Waste Management, and Water Resources to tap new opportunities. The IPO Committee has also been dissolved.
