Archidply Industries has announced its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 26, 2025. Shareholders will vote to adopt the financial results for FY25 and on key management re-appointments. Mr. Rajiv Daga is proposed to continue as MD & CEO for five years, with a monthly salary starting at ₹0.08 Cr. Mr. Deen Dayal Daga, aged 82, is also proposed for re-appointment as Executive Chairman & Whole Time Director for five years, with a monthly salary starting at ₹0.02 Cr. An annual Secretarial Auditor appointment for ₹0.025 Cr is also on the agenda. E-voting opens August 23-25, 2025.
