N R Agarwal Industries Limited — Important, 31-07-2025: Capacity addition

N R Agarwal Industries (NRAIL) is investing Rs 1200 Cr to establish a new Multilayer Board plant (Unit VI), adding 1000 TPD capacity to its core business. This strategic expansion aims to strengthen NRAIL's market position. The implementation plan includes acquiring a 1020 TPD paper machine from China, followed by dismantling, transport, and setup, alongside land acquisition. This significant project is anticipated to be completed in approximately 4 years. Separately, the company is permanently closing its non-viable Unit IV.
