JNK India Limited — Important, 31-07-2025: Agreements

JNK India has formed a Joint Venture with Mr. Tushar Wagh, Dr. Sunil Dhole, and other investors to establish a new company, potentially named JNK Chemdist Technologies Private Limited. JNK India will hold a 51% equity stake, investing an initial Rs. 0.51 Cr in equity and Rs. 10 Cr via preference shares. The JV will focus on acquiring, researching, developing, and commercializing green hydrogen and other advanced technologies. This strategic move expands JNK India's presence into the high-growth green technology sector, leveraging new expertise for future business, with JNK India also nominating the majority of board directors.
