Hindustan Unilever Limited — Board Meeting, 31-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Hindustan Unilever's board approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Total sales grew 5% to Rs. 16,323 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT) increased 6% to Rs. 2,768 crore, partly due to a 12% positive impact from tax provision re-estimation. The company completed its acquisition of 'Minimalist' brand (Uprising Science Private Limited) for Rs. 2,706 crore in April, with its results included for part of the quarter. However, EBITDA margin dipped 130 basis points to 22.8%.
