Chalet Hotels Limited — Board Meeting, 31-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Chalet Hotels has announced a board meeting on July 31, 2025, where it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported strong operational revenue of ₹894.55 Cr and a profit of ₹203.13 Cr for the quarter.

In a key leadership update, Dr. Sanjay Sethi will retire as MD & CEO on January 31, 2026. Following a decision by the Compensation, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the board appointed Mr. Shwetank Singh as MD & CEO Designate. He will take over as MD & CEO from February 1, 2026, while Dr. Sethi will transition to a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director role.
