Chalet Hotels Limited — Board Meeting, 31-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Chalet Hotels has announced a board meeting where it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue of Rs 894.55 crore and a profit of Rs 203.13 crore for the quarter, with EPS at Rs 9.30. A significant leadership change was also approved: Dr. Sanjay Sethi will retire as Managing Director & CEO on January 31, 2026. Mr. Shwetank Singh has been appointed as the Managing Director & CEO Designate, set to assume the role from February 1, 2026. Dr. Sethi will continue as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director.
