Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. held its 79th Annual General Meeting via video conference. Dr. Anish Shah chaired the meeting, opening with condolences for the passing of Lead Independent Director Mr. T. N. Manoharan. Key shareholder resolutions included adopting the audited financial statements for FY25, declaring a dividend, and re-appointing directors Rajesh Jejurikar and Anand G. Mahindra. Shareholders also approved a revision in Mr. Anand G. Mahindra's remuneration and re-appointed independent directors Ms. Nisaba Godrej and Mr. Muthiah Murugappan. Additionally, material related party transactions with a subsidiary and other group companies received approval. E-voting results will be announced shortly.
