KRN Heat Exchanger announced its Q1 FY26 results. Standalone net profit surged 35% to ₹15.69 Cr, with total income at ₹117.14 Cr. Consolidated total income grew 22.56% YoY to ₹118.86 Cr, and net profit increased 3.77% to ₹12.42 Cr.

A major operational highlight is the subsidiary, KRN HVAC Products, commencing production at its new Neemrana plant. This boosts localization and strengthens backward integration. The subsidiary also secured a significant ₹141.72 Cr PLI incentive, supporting future expansion. The company reported strong overseas revenue growth of 39.04%.
