Chalet Hotels delivered a strong Q1 FY26. Total Revenue surged 146% YoY to ₹908.3 Cr, EBITDA jumped 150% to ₹371.1 Cr, and PAT soared 235% to ₹203.1 Cr. This robust performance was significantly driven by the residential project, contributing ₹439.1 Cr in revenue from 95 flat handovers. Core hospitality business also showed growth with 7% room inventory expansion and project pipeline progress including new rooms at Marriott Whitefield and Dukes Retreat. A key leadership transition sees Mr. Shwetank Singh named incoming MD & CEO, effective February 1, 2026.
