Nath Bio-Genes has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting via video conferencing, where shareholders will consider adopting the annual financial results for FY2025 and a proposed dividend of ₹2 per equity share. The company reported standalone revenue of ₹362.31 Cr and Profit After Tax of ₹42.14 Cr for FY2025. Operationally, the Non-Cotton, Non-Paddy segment now contributes nearly half of revenue, with maize and vegetable segments growing 47% and 60% in value, respectively. The company also progresses its international expansion in the Philippines and Uzbekistan, and has expanded its cold storage facilities.
