EL CID Investments Ltd — Updates, 31-07-2025: Company Update

Elcid Investments held its 44th Annual General Meeting, where shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025. A final dividend of ₹ 25 per equity share was declared. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Varun Vakil as Director. Furthermore, Ms. Amrita Vakil was appointed as Whole Time Director, Mrs. Ragini Vakil as Non-Executive Director, and Ms. Margarette Shwetha Thomas as Non-Executive Independent Director, each for a five-year term. Mr. Essaji Vahanvati was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term. The appointment of Ruchi Kotak & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years was also approved. All resolutions passed with strong support.
