Morepen Laboratories Limited — Important, 31-07-2025: General Updates

Morepen Laboratories (MLL) has restructured its holdings. MLL sold 1.53 Cr shares of its OTC subsidiary, Dr. Morepen (DML), to related parties for ₹30.65 Cr. This reduces MLL's stake to 49.91%, making DML an associate and allowing MLL to focus on its core API business. Separately, DML acquired 100% of Groom Town Private Limited (GTPL) for ~₹153.01 Cr, paid via 7.64 Cr new DML shares. This strategic move diversifies DML into fast-moving consumer goods using GTPL's e-commerce network. MLL's stake in DML will now decrease to 19.94%.
