Post-IPO, the company mobilised ₹220.5 crore, contributing to a zero debt-equity ratio. A strong outstanding order book of ₹6,143.79 crore ensures revenue visibility. The board has put forward a ₹2.50 per share dividend and plans aggressive bids for new projects up to ₹1,500 crore. Key director appointments and increased borrowing powers are also up for shareowner approval.
